The quality, condition and appearance are all excellent. A really solid piece of furniture. I was nervous about the delivery being with a long-haul carrier and not FedEx or UPs, however; Estes was great. Shipping time was on schedule and delivery was ahead of schedule. The seller answered my questions promptly and the shipping company was proactive with updates. Last, this chair was a very good value. The price was a couple hundred dollars less than anywhere else. I would buy again.
Overall, smooth transaction. Shipped quickly. However, shipping box was falling apart when it arrived. This came with an additional order of two sets of chairs. Boxes also were falling apart when the chairs arrived. They need to talk with their shipping company that delivers these. Also note: The table seems to me to be factory seconds. 'Scratch & Dent'? There were obvious small cosmetic repairs done to the table. I consider it minor. Looks fine.
Ordered this set of dining chairs and they were delivered today. The chairs appear of high quality. A little on the expensive side. However, not only did they arrive faster than expected, they were packed very well by the seller & without any signs of unwanted damage!! You pay for new, you should get what is advertised. I was so pleased, I just ordered another set. Thank you!
