The item was received quicker than originally estimated, was nicely packaged, and was reasonably priced. I don't love the product. The attached photo, (which I confirmed is accurate since this is sold elsewhere for much more) reflects a sturdier-looking unit. The corrugated plastic stair inserts provide added stability but the unit could be sturdier than the photo suggests. I plan to keep it since it functions well enough for my small Papillon. Item came very quickly and was wrapped exceptionally well. No damage. Price was very good and tracking was excellent. Not difficult to put together instructions were easy to follow all parts were labeled and all hardware was included, no lost pieces. I did have to call for 3 pieces that broke when I was assembling it, but no fault of seller.
