The seller submitted an altered tracking number to eBay, bought the item on Amazon, and had it delivered to my house by Amazon delivery. The listing uses the same pictures from Amazon, and is marked up about 30% from amazons prices. The item was new, and what I ordered. However ethically this is ambiguous as best.
