The purchasing part there was good communication & prompt shipping . Upon receipt of the item I found it wasn’t as advertised. The listing said it was a 4 zipper fanny pack with a waist extender belt that was pictured. I was sent a 3 zipper pack with no belt. I contacted seller who advised what I needed to do to get a return shipping label. I decided not to pursue it-used another extender belt & settled for the 3 zippers. It would have been nice to get what I ordered from the beginning .
