The item, a ceiling fan, was late, so I had to find an alternative, as we were on a schedule with a contractor. It is mid-December, so I get that there are delivery delays this time of year. The seller wrote a very kind note offering a discount if I kept the fan, as well as reassurance that they would respect my decision if I needed to return it.
