First shipment was missing the weigh monitor. Later when I contacted the seller he requested pictures of the item. I sent him the pictures and it did not have the weight monitor. He responded back and asked what I wanted to do. I wanted the whole scale and requested he sent another but to check it first. I received the item a while later, with everything in new condition. He was wonderful to work with and would do so again.

The item was as described physically. However, it did not eliminate the mouse odor from our storage room. Also, when the package arrived, the return address was in California. I don' t know why it took 4 weeks to get to Alaska.
