Even though I unfortunately didn't get my order, due to the mail being delivered to the wrong address and city, the seller went out of their way to help me try and get it, but unfortunately they couldn't, and I give the seller a 100% rating, they were very communicative with me through the process, and I got a refund, and I definitely will continue to order from them, seller is courteous and professional conducting business and did a great job trying to solve the problem
Original shipment went to wrong city. Seller fixed the situation in less than 24 hours. Great customer service and communication! This is a very light weight shell tho. I'm not thrilled that the dog has already ripped a hole in it with their toenails. I would NOT buy another and anticipate this comforter will be thrown away in less than a year. In two words "It's cr@p"
