We had a little issue while shipping the products we bought, which wasnt that major to begin with. But this seller was so responsive and really really professional in the way they handled the situation. The switch itself seems to be working fine, that is once I figured out how to hook it up. No instructions came with it, and the info I received when I reached out to seller didn't help. I wouldn't classify what they sent as instructions, just a couple of pictures (with no explanations) that didn't match the switch I bought. But the switch is as described, and it did come pretty quickly, so A+ for that.
Shipped very fast and very helpful had a part broke in shipping but they were very helpful in getting it resolved I would buy from them again and I would recommend their products
