I ordered an item and the dealer encountered a problem with the item and couldn t send. I was quickly notified and credited by the dealer. I was later contacted by the dealer with an effort to redo the transaction through the internet. I was away for a bit traveling without my laptop and missed their followup on the matter---my fault. The painting is exactly as described and photographed, was very well packaged, and is a very good value for the price I paid. There was an issue with shipping and it took longer than expected but the seller was very responsive when communicating with them and they were quick to resolve the shipping issue.
