The brown or tam cloth hardcover is soiled and worn at the corners and spine ends. The interior is clean with no names, scribbles, marks, tears, and virtually no smudging and grubbiness. The paper is toned with age. The hinges are good, but the binding is cracked at page 125. The binding is still holding well and there are no loose or missing pages.
