The certificate is dated Octob er 18 , 1909 . The compan y was incorporated in Arizona in 1909. The certificate was signed by Sheldon C Burr as President. Sheldon and his brother operated Burr Brothers a stock promoting company in New York City. In 1910 the Postmaster General raided Burr Brothers and arrested the brothers charging them with selling 100 million dollars in stock in various companies. They were charged with creating bogus companies, of which Coalinga Aladdin Oil Company was one and selling the stock to investors.
