  1. Item as described, arrived quickly. However, arrived via Walmart home delivery from local store. Turns out it's called "dropshipping". Seller lists on ebay, then orders from walmart (where the item is actually cheaper), and makes money on the difference. Against ebay's policy, unless seller has a wholesale contract with walmart. After delivery, seller sent Fed Ex tracking...how did they fake that? Positive rating - since I did receive item as described. But seems risky shipping model for seller!
