Seller was phenomenal! Fastest shipping ever. I bought this faucet because a customer had one with a damaged cartridge. It's an all plastic cartridge and the part is not sold online anywhere. The faucet is very poor design and I cannot recommend it. However this seller had the part I needed in new condition so I'm able to make the needed repairs! Thank You!
While I wouldn't recommend this actual product (it's a poor quality build), the seller was extremely fast in response, shipped the unit quickly so I would receive it on time for a deadline that I had, and worked with me when we ran into issues.
