I never received my ordered item even though tracking indicated it was delivered. I contacted the Seller who then diligently investigated and confirmed that it was due to a delivery mishap. (I realize mistakes can happen) He promptly initiated another order and I very quickly received it. And it was well packaged and exactly what I ordered.
Super Fast Shipping, as described, screws are too big for my plaque. I will have to buy smaller screws to make brackets work. Seller shipped these brackets in an AMAZON Bubble Mailer. Seller didn't even try to hide it.
