The package arrived yesterday it wasn't packed properly with cushion. Burner was placed in anazon bag and shipped. Received with bent plug ends . I was told that the flat plug work as well as the loop ends....no they are longer therefore don't fit down in and don't lay flat like they should. Here's a picture of another flat end plugs plugged in as far as they can go. Please send me a return label. This has been a real problem getting the correct burner so it fits flat and works.
