Fast shipping, great packaging and excellent item. I was worried a bit hoping it would be in good shape since this was the first time I have ever ordered a product like this, but thankfully the 12 V 3 wheeler is awesome and my kids love it. It’s a great ride and a fun one too. The appearance is sharp and so far I feel it’s good value. We have to see how the battery performs and how the 3 wheeler resists as kids play with it.
I received an email from the seller, indicating that the item had some flaws and couldn't be sold. The seller offered a refund or I could wait until new stock came in. I requested a refund. I am amazed that the seller sent me this email instead of making me wait until new stock came in. The seller has integrity and honesty.
The item was shipped fast. There originally was a description mistake, but the seller corrected it by issuing a refund. The seller did respond fast to my concerns about the mistake. The seller is trustworthy and stand by his/hers reputation.
