This seller is NOT in USA as you can tell immediately after getting a message from them. Product was great can't say anything bad about that, communication while choppy and written by someone that doesn't fully understand English or how to form a sentence using English the communication was ok, meaning they at least tried to answer my questions. Shipping is where we run into the biggest problem because they try to make you believe they're in the united states but they're definitely not.
I came home one day to find that the shoe rack had completely fallen apart. I only had 4 pairs of shoes per shelf, even though the product image shows it holding more. My shoe size is 10.5/11 US, so they’re not tiny but I was careful. One of the metal bars had a dent and a plastic corner was chipped. The bottom three shelves gave out even though I placed my heavier shoes there specifically to distribute the weight better. It held up for a bit but slowly started to fail over time.
Shoe rack is a bit less stable than I hoped, but I didn't expect super high quality for the price paid. Assembly was quick and easy. Instructions were clear. If I needed more cheap shelves, I would definitely buy this one again. Shipping was free and fast. Thank you for a smooth transaction.
