Although we have yet to put this hutch together, I had a great experience with the seller. This hutch comes in 2 boxes and the second box was not available to ship at the same time as the first box. The seller was up front about that and gave the option to cancel the order. I decided to take a chance and trust the process and both boxes were shipped out quickly. I was sent tracking information and received prompt responses to all my questions. I really appreciated that honesty.
